Hi All
I have completed my parents Ltd company accounts for the past few years without issue (I think). The company is a really small business and cannot really afford accountancy fees.
The time has come now to complete Cessation Account and a final CT600 for the bank interest.
Do Cessation Accounts vary from the normal Abbreviated Accounts?
I assume that the notes must state that these are the final accounts etc.
Any advice most welcome.
