Difference between Channel Advisor Premium and Standard Marketplaces ?

Does anyone know what the real difference is between Channel Advisor's Premium and Standard Marketplaces ?

I know the cost is different (!) but wanted to know whether Standard is eBay only or if it supports Amazon and your own webpage too. Any other big benefits from a user perspective

The Channel Advisor website is a bit shy on the details imho ;-)
