Haha - no not a year but a £180 per month or £45 per week.

This is inclusive of everything but VAT and the phone line. Though we are assured there is a fantastic super mega phone system built in. We have no use for it.

Bit of a bargain - there is an office similar to ours round the corner charging £300pm which I think is a rip off!
