Debt collection - Any reccomendations

We previously used someone called Geoff who retired from collecting debts. He was a member of the forum.

anyone else on the forum who is worth speaking too?

Sorry no but we have just moved 90% of our business to prepayment to eradicate things like this.

We use @Big G who works for Judges Demand, provide us with free credit checking with helps reduce the risk, and they've effectively recovered some debts I had my doubts about getting paid.
