Customer Insight Calls / Research Advice

Hi Everyone,

I am working on a new business idea with a colleague and we want to set up some customer development calls to gain insight from people who are thinking about setting up or have recently set up their own business to help us to validate (or not!) our idea.

Does anyone have any recommendations or ideas of where I can be looking to find people who may be willing to share their feedback? We would be looking to have a 30 minute chat with people (via video call) and would be offering a voucher as a thank you for their time.

I've been on some social sites and Reddit but wondered if anyone knew of any where else that may be successful.

Would there be anyone here who has recently started their own business who would be open to chatting?

1. LinkedIn: Use LinkedIn to search for people who have recently started their own business or who work in the industry you're targeting. You can reach out to them via LinkedIn messaging or ask for referrals to other entrepreneurs.
2. Facebook groups: Join Facebook groups related to entrepreneurship or small business and post your request for customer development calls. Make sure to follow the group's guidelines and rules.
