as per the subject i cannot access my cpanel

FAILED: Unable to change to new session.
as per the subject i cannot access my cpanel, wondering
what i can do as the hosts cannot replicate the problem
or know what it is

was using the cpanel earlier this evening!

Are you trying to login via http://yourdomain.com/cpanel (which will then take you to http://yourdomain.com:2082 OR http://cpanel.yourdoamin.com ?

The first connects to the port (2082), the later doesn't forward you to the port address.

My uni doesn't allow connecting via the first URL as it is a port, so it maybe worth trying the other way.

If it was working earlier, and hosts have tested it fine. I would suggest you try an alternative browser or at very least clear any cache.

Alternative would be to try browsing to the hosting companies host server IP, then add credentials for Cpanel.

Any other computers you can try from, which has similar result as trying from another browser?

ended up clearing the cache on all browsers (FF & IE) on my laptop and connected via my hosting panel and worked a treat if a little annoying for a few hours
