Usually if i undertake any consultancy work then the company employing such services issue their own external consultancy agreement but i have a case now where they do nto have one. Now I already have a good external conultants agreement which i have used to issue to conultants that have undertaken assignments for me.
It is a possibility i just ''turn this around'' as basically it will result in a project management contract but have agreed to charge day rate for the data collation period so it would be consultancy
I was wondering if anyone had something they have used when doing some consultancy for a company in terms of charging T&C's etc
For all those that construct bespoke contracts thank you and am sure you offer a very cost effective service but i do have a working document that could be used but was looking to ''proof'' against others that will hapily share free of charge similar to i have done with confidentiality agreements etc that i use.
Hopefully some consultants out there can assist
