Hi all,
Im sad to say I want to close down my small business (LTD). The company has made a loss every year and has only been kept going by my input where I put the money in as an investment and not a loan.
What processes do I need to follow to close this down. I have ceased my contracts with all companies (such as merchant services etc..) and only see it as my accountant who I believe will need to fill my final account and the HRMC.
