I could publicize my business at music festivals and events, which would be handy as I could take the family along and relive a bit of my misspent youth ;)
If i was to spend £25-30k on a secondhand motorhome, could i claim/offset anything back ?
anyone on here do this ?

The F1 team buses are more motor houses than motorhomes !

I sell music related artwork and posters, all online, so although I have no intention of selling directly at events, it could legitimately be a marketing exercise as that's where my customers are.
I could also sell photos and artwork I've created there when I got back (although not very many I suspect!)

Claimed yatchs, racehorses, helicopters and rally cars before - why not a motorhome!

When Hector came out once regarding the yatch we had ready Board Meetings details that had been held on the yatch, the sails and the hull were emblazened with adverstising material, photos were produced at various promotional events and we made them hold an annual promotional day at the boat yard for customers etc.

Hector went away ok with the whole thing -vat claim and CT deduction accepted.
