Found this in Asmore hedge fund website



"No third party is permitted to link any other website to this website without Ashmore's prior written consent."

This can not be legally enforced?:|

These people have serious money ,Historically loads of dough and the right legal team can make wrong into right.

I have no interest in promoting ponzi schemes.:)

It can be enforced if found out and checked. The claim itself means retribution of some sort. But I doubt their reasons because anyone could link to any one. The problem could arise if you link to something fishy.

Ha, mental. There was a post a while back on this. Don't know if that list is current, I expect more than a few still have the same ideas.

A friend of mine works for one of the big Premiership clubs - they had a similar policy apparently - the people running the website didn't see the reason to let others link to them, or any benefits to come from it!
