Thanks, yes I have asked for it twice in writing along with the outstanding wages they owe me but they havent even replied.....I left on bad terms in a way, I worked at a place for 4 weeks, handed in my notice, they wanted me to work 4 weeks notice but I left after a week, so I expect they feel they are entitled to withhold the payment :(
