Naming your business is a very personal thing.

If it doesnt sound good to you - you'll never believe it sounds good to anyone.

I actually did name businesses on PPH - 114 over a couple of years - but it was really hard work.

Much harder than copy. Ends up being very collaborative.

A number of those would take my ideas and give them a personal twist - which is fine.

I was a timesaver.

Stopped doing it a few years back.

Going on namemesh and trying things was pretty much my method.

I'm not sure about the official position, but in the context of a business forum that field indicates the business you own or represent. Your entry is misleading, although maybe not intentionally.

I sell products for Yale, Union, Mul-t-Lock, BFT, Eurospec, Chameleon, ASEC, Videx, Paxton, does that mean that I own or am employed by these companies? Simply put no...

I don't go into businesses or people's home telling them I work for Mul-T-Lock I go in and introduce the company that I work for.
