Dose anyone know how you protect yourself when running a consultancy business and supplying subcontractors to clients for works. Many big contractors supply skills through subcontractors to clients, project managing the whole process. So the relationship is between the consultancy firm and the client.
In the eventuality that a subcontractor dose not deliver a service or incorrectly carries something out and maybe it is not realised for 6 months later, how dose the consultancy protect them selfs.

Thanks

Thanks, yep have that. Was just thinking in the absence of a contract. Should I be issuing a subcontractor agreement or such. Wondered what normal protocol is. Thanks
