hi im in a processes of starting a busniness the good thing is i dont have to pay anything in terms of rent ext becouse its my fathers shop so any ideas would be helpful.

Too many factors sir!

Ignoring that though, I'd try a Hot Deli, serving freshly baked baguettes, hot turkey, beef, pork, sausages, bacon, thin steaks etc etc.

Decent sauces, plenty of onions, also jacket spuds.

People always have to eat, there's one in Norwich near me and people come from far and wide, there's always a queue and it's brilliant.

Any good?

If youve got the cash try the franchise route costa starbucks dominos all good money turners.

Or just rent the space as a pop up shop month by month for a percentage of the takings.

Hi,

Great position to be in, the most costly part is often the rent. There is loads to consider, do you have any ideas or thoughts about what you might like to do?

Any interests you could make into a business? or any friends with a talent who you might want to go into business with?

Does the area lack any of the usual services? (i.e. a coffee shop) just a note on Costa- A Costa franchise is 250k, plus they expect you to be able to put up another 250k to make any changes they deem necessary!

That's good. If you plan or process a business then you need to fix some strategy and proper business plan like team building, mission and vision, that may help you to grow your business. Thank you.:)

Hi Bobby,

What kind of business is your father doing?

A business that complements what your father is doing is a good idea. It would make money for you both and you can sell on the goodwill of your father's business.
