Business eSIM?

I currently have an 03 number with VOIPfone and that works fine when I'm on my desktop or laptop but if I want to use it on my phone I need an app running which isn't ideal. I'd like to get an eSIM I can use. I'm only really interested in minutes and texts as I can survive with say 2GB of data. My priorities are low price and the shortest length contract possible.

My personal SIM is with Smarty and I'm happy with their performance but unfortunately they do not offer eSIMs.

It is just inconvenient. I'd much rather just have an eSIM I don't need to think about. Having an app open all the time is going to have an effect on the battery.

I'll use Voipfone to forward the 03 number to my eSIM when I am away from my desktop / laptop.

If I'm at my desk I'll likely use Zoiper to make calls on the 03 number but if I'm not at my desk I'll use the eSIM to make calls.
