Hi
My online retail site just launched and I'm hoping to do volumes soon. I'm on 9 packets a week.
Price isn't the best right now. I'm using click & drop. If I can get business account I can save a lot in postage fees.
Items are small parcels, currently sending them via signed for. But I would like to get them sent via Royal Mail 24. Am I right in thinking that this is a fully tracked service and the customer will get a delivery window, point to point scan etc?

it costs £2.83 to send under 1kg via RM 24. I think I can get the 1000pa volumes in as soon as I ramp up my PPC.
WHat's the catch. 1000pa is around 20 per week. Do I need to prove the volumes by doing at least 20 a week to keep my account? Do I need to be doing those volumes on the click and drop account before I qualify? If I drop below that volume will they close the account?
