Booking form HELP required.

    Yes there is a better way of doing it. First you want to design the sequence of questions into logical steps, and not display everything at once.

    Most 'booking' systems ask for the service first, then sub-services, and the date showing available time.

    When the time is selected, the user info is requested and then 'checkout' if payment is required.

    It seems in the first instance you have got lots of things the wrong way round (user info before service - time before date).

    It all CAN be achieved in contact form 7 with a knowledge of css & javascript.

    What I am saying is draft out a new design first. Select technology second.

    Do things in stages. Gather the information about the person then a second page to gather the training info then a confirmation page then the payment.

    Or consider just getting their personal details and their money an collect everything else when they do the test.
