Book on charity structures and conduct etc??

I have been approached to do some work for an association which is registered as a charity (not rattling tins!)
Can anybody recommend a good book detailing structures and management guidelines.
i am particularly interested in the roles, duties, responsibilities, and conduct of trustees.
i have asked the Charity Commission a couple of questions, but i dont want to keep asking.

All ideas gratefully received.

What sort of relationship are you going to have with the charity? Will you not just be dealing with a designated contact?
