Can anyone suggest me best SEO strategy for increasing the traffic of the website?

IMO, the best strategy is to not do SEO - particularly if you want to do SEO because it's "free".

However, if that's not acceptable, I'd suggest the second best strategy is to see SEO as a form of paid advertising that, in order to be done correctly, involves hiring a highly-skilled expert.

(Who will charge you for their time at an hourly rate their skill deserves.)

Just my 2p,

Steve

The best SEO strategy is to avoid SEO (as most see it: buying links or black hat onpage SEO tricks) at all.
What you should do?
1. Forget about backlinks. Google gonna eradicate all black hat SEO in the next few years. Buying links is slowly turning into a countereffective strategy.
2. Think about traffic not about backlinks. Why? Traffic from social sites can make influence on your SERP position.
3. Order full audit (Google '<removed by Mod>') and your competitors analysis. This will help you to get idea about what SEO your site lacks and what SEO strategy your competitors successfuly abide by.
4. Order some testimonial video on Fiverr. Ask actors to pronounce your keywords clearly and loudly.
5. Add a blog to your site and publish one unique article a week. Try to make every article viral. Do not publish if you do not find something interesting enough.

Lol horrendous post.

Forget links but order fake video testimonials from Fiverr.

Needs to be a delete button for posts like this.

It is better than posts like this are debated, as advice quality is subjective and where does it end. :)

I agreee that it is fairly horrendous though :p

True.

Remember ask the actors to say your keywords clearly and loudly.

Google Now must be getting built into the algorithm and Googlebot will be able to listen to audio :D

Hello everyone

Can anyone suggest me best SEO strategy for increasing the traffic of the website?

Thanks

For me the best strategy then and up to now is for your website to have QUALITY and UNIQUE content. Google ranks website with quality content higher than the ones that are just paying to get backlinks.

Remember CONTENT is King.

Google ranks website with quality content higher

Google has no ability to identify quality content. (If you don't believe me, ask yourself how you could use a computer algorithm to determine what is quality content.)

That's why its algorithm uses external factors such as links - in the belief that people link to useful content.

i dont understand i made a video of me shouting my keywords loud as i could and my rankings have not changed?? please help hahaha

best strategy for a newbie is read read read, from trusted sources of course try moz.com for a starting place, get all your social media in place, facebook, twitter accounts, pinterest etc and link buttons on site.

depending on what you sell ''like us on facebook and get £5 off your order'' no-one turns that down

get videos on youtube for sharing and inclusion into ya blogs etc.

Google will never know if a link is paid or not as long as you stay away from stuffed pages, downside of a paid links is ddduuurrrrr there not free.

get quality informative, interesting content on site, social in place, few outside blogs on wordpress etc and some squidoo pages done with unique content on there and all this is a great white hat start........smiley face

and dont forget to shout on those videos, if you can do it from a cliff you've cracked it!!!!
