Best mass mailing software

Hi,

Did anybody know about mass mailing software?

I would like to find something that can handle customer database, track sent, receive and response from customer

so that i wont sent to one customer twice with the same email

also i can trace back what is the requirement of the customer before, to provide more personalised services.

I use phpList. It can do most of the things you've described above. And it's free!

As above I can recommend worlcast.

It beats some of the stuff you have to pay for hands down.
