Best Debt Collection Agencys?

Which debt agencies have you had most success with? I have tried a few so far and had really poor conversion rates.

Our debts are ranging from around £100-£1500.

Amen to that - when you factor-in how much time you can spend/waste chasing evasive debtors, you can end up losing almost as much as the initial debt itself.

Give it to an expert, learn from the mistakes that lead to the debt in the first place and then do something more constructive with your time

Or become an expert, put a rigorous process in place, maximise your ROI and seek the next bottom line maximiser. Just our experience!

Thornbury Collections are great and have a good reputation, using mediation to sort the majority of issues out. I think Steve frequents these forums so ill point him this way.

They charge you £2.00 + vat to send a letter before action to the customer. That usually works
Does not work in Scotland though - different laws apparently.
