Basic PAYE - changing from Windows to Linux

Hi,
I've just changed our business machines from running on Windows to Linux. I've installed Basic PAYE and it seems to be working. Is there a way to transfer my data across from the Windows version to the Linux version?

I would suggest doing a backup then restoring on the Linux machine.
