There are several companies who sell this sort of data, but be careful that using it does not break GDPR etc.

As Paul says, it depends what type & quality of data you are looking for
Personally I use a company that specialises in hospitality - the quality is excellent, they would probably sell it individually if I asked, but obviously it costs!
The likes of Reed will sell it by the ton. It's legit, but the quality is pretty poor.
