I must admit that I am quite partial to a double cheeseburger when I've been out the night before, just something about it takes the edge off the hangover, don;t know why!![]()
By the way, I don't think fast food is solely to blame for obesity, sure, it doesn't help, but I used to be a bit of a fast food junkie and I stayed a size 10 for many years. I'm a 12 now though! I think what is important is to balance out your intake of rubbish calories and your sedentary lifestyle with regular exercise, a cliche I know, but it's a winning formula.
