OMG?! Seems to me like you're taking this media relations trip very, very seriously, Duane. Even though Sift Media and UKBF HQ are in Bristol, I live in Brighton.

When I first moved here 10years ago, there was a survey claiming that it had the highest proportion of profitable companies in the country. Which is some feat considering the number of failed pubs and restaurants we can boast!

I guess nightclubs, hen night party organisers, web agencies and chocolate makers earn a lot of money. Seriously though, it does have 2 universities and a strong pocket of digital training/interactive design companies. Interesting recent article can be found on New Media Knowledge.

Meanwhile, is this the beginnings of an attempt to sound out enthusiasm a for a face to face networking session in the area? I could see if Dan could swing a little entertainment budget for, ah, "marketing" and "customer feedback" purposes.

LOL - you know me, anything for a decent bit of coverage : )

The missus has already been scoping out places down there. Some very nice places too - esp Dyke Road.!

But we're not moving until we're doing it without a mortgage. I'm looking forward to walking in to the estate agents and asking them what they've got for around the million mark in cash. I think they'll think I'm taking the mick.
