Any property maintenance businesses on here?

Hi,

I'm looking into offering my companies Flooring services to a number of property maintenance / management companies. If you do use a flooring company for new installations or repair work do you have an agreement with them? If so, are they readily available to assist you?

It's new territory for me as the domestic work has dried up around our area, (first time in a few years we've been quiet), we're now looking into the commercial market which i'm hoping will keep cash flow steady for the time being.

Any advice would be great,

Any outside trades I use are on an ad-hoc subby basis rather than on contract.

Don't forget to pop round all the local letting agents and drop off an info pack (not just a card, it will get binned, as will a letter - needs to be a personal visit)
