Any idea what this is?

I am a regular on a cricket forum and one particular active member posts something that I cannot decipher. I asked on that forum what it was and was told it was the team news but not only I not decipher it but if I try and quote it nothing shows up.

Anyone have any ideas please

That's odd as when I posted it, it was just a square with a jumble of letters after it. I don't know how it managed to turn into a "team sheet"
