Any help with UK trademark

I would like to know if anyone can help me with trademark for my website O2 network has legal saying that I am using Guru as trademark which I'm not I am using PC Repair Guru theres a 50% win rate for it and the deadline is 27 june I might end up shunting the website down...

Thanks for your message. It seems quite odd for the O2 network to imply that you have infringed on their trademark, since "guru" in your name does not refer to the trademark of "guru", but rather to the noun "guru", as in "spiritual teacher" or "expert".

Do you mind sharing the exact claim they made in their letter?

Take a look at the IPO web site, there are many trademarks with the word Guru in them, 02 seem only to have "02 Guru" trademarked.

Yeah I see that I have already looked from 2013 they are taking out anyone else that trys to get the word now.

They can't claim sole right to use the word guru. They can though attempt to bully you.
