Address accommodation

Does anyone know of a good website where commercial addresses can be rented (for forwarding purposes etc) and where I can use from a range of addresses across the UK.

I stumbled across a website some time ago which allowed me to choose a town/city and then select from a range of addresses.

On the topic of addresses, I rent an apartment, and don't really want business post coming to this address, because it's always a pain when I move on.

I was thinking about a po box address, but what are peoples perceptions of such an address?

I would not get a PO Box address - looks suspicious. I had one some time ago nd it made the image look unprofessional. We now have a physical office but looking for a rented address.

I would recommend one of the above at around £15/month

Hmmm Jonathan, I like the idea of the virtual address, but the problem is that I don't want business post to go to a residential address, which is rented, the landlord might have a problem with business post coming to the address...

The idea of the PO box is that I can simply pick up the post in the afternoon, no delay, and when I move, nothing to change. I do agree though that it looks unprofessional.

Maybe I should not display the address on the website, but just use it for advertisers to send payment to me.

You could get an address in Leeds and collect the post whenever you like. The Kendlebell website above do a Leeds address.

Are you likely to get a lot of business post? If you are sharing residential accommodation with the landlord then I understand that a large volume would disturb the Landlord. If you have small quantities the Landlord may not mind, since you are living there.

Would your place of work be an option? Especially if they are a small firm you work for. Government offices a definate no go if you work for Government.

You could also contact a Business Centre in Leeds as they usually offer this kind of service.
