Dear madam/monsieur,

My company is really recent , yesterday i have received the utr number and i registered in. My company has no trade with customer but only with supplier
Could you tell me what form i have to fill up to get my vat back?

You will need to become VAT registered - and get a VAT registration number - before you can claim the VAT back.

Once you have VAT registration you will be required to make a quarterly VAT return. If you only have expenses, you will receive a VAT refund.

However, it is potentially likely that you will be asked some questions if you have no income at all at that stage.
