A1to A3

To do a change of use A1to A3 should I use an agent or do it my self? What would council prefer? I have no allocated car park space

At first I thought you were talking about paper sizes.

Why not phone the council's planning department and have a chat with them. They would be the best people to advise.

Agreed. Called the planning team at the Council and ask them what sort of process you need to go through and if it is possible.

You can do this yourself but remember it can take some time.
