a logo design website? Freelance maybe?

I'm having a bit of a moment, i remember a year ago browsing online for logo designers and ended up coming across a website a bit like freelancer, it was a similar site and even as a non registered member you could see the logo's that were being designed. I'm trying to find it again now and for the life of me i can't find it anywhere or even one that looks like it. Can anyone recommend a good low cost option? It's just for a website i'm looking to get a logo designed for.

I don't know which is the site you're referring to.
But here's a site that might work for you.
freelancer.com
You post the project, then designers bid for it and you select the one you like. There's many similar sites, not just this one.
