My girlfriend last year spent 12 months fighting a mis-sold tablet contract with Vodafone, she was almost in tears at one point, so I can sympathise with you there.
Their customer service really is on another level of useless.
Have you thought about just paying her outstanding invoices a few days earlier than normal? It would save you all matter of hassle, assuming you want the current outstanding work to be returned in a timely manner.
Then don't bother going to her for future work.

Just to follow on from my last post, this morning I called them at 8am to try and confirm if the package was out for delivery or waiting at the depot - their web site said it would be delivered between 9:17 and 10:17, but showed nothing in the history of "out for delivery" for today.

Interestingly, I had a missed delivery from them today (monitor), I went onto their web site, entered the card reference number, and selected pick up from depot tomorrow.
A minute later I had a text telling me they would attempt to deliver again tomorrow, when I'm again not going to be in :(...
