Had to announce it somewhere and the wife is still in bed!
Finally after an ongoing saga around an incorrect bill and early termination fee lasting about 3 months, I am finally free of them! I had to pay them to get them out of my life though, they originally told me that after their c*ck-ups with my bill/termination fee (in the hundreds by the way!) I owed them nothing.............................. then they changed their minds and said I did owe them money! To get them out of my life I've reluctantly paid what equated to a months normal bill for them to go away forever. I probably never even owed them it but they are such a dreadful company to have to deal with that it was worth every penny. You just go round and round with them forever, they just can't seem to get their numbers correct with anything.

Im with another mobile phone company beginning with V. I would say they are the biggest shisters I have come across. The bloke in the shop said one thing to me, I never ready the contract (rookie mistake) and when my bill came through, it was basically double. As it had been more than 30 days (as I only found out after receiving my bill) I could do nothing. The manager in the shop could nt have cared less if he had tried.

So in 19 months my phone contract will be moving from them and in 7 months my TV, broadband and phone will be coming away from them also.

They are probably all as bad as one another. As soon as you incentivise people for sales rather than service there will be unhappy customers who feel like they have been ripped off and staff who could not care less.

Before Christmas my contract was up for renewal.

I could get a better deal through Carphone Warehouse and I questioned that with the advisor on the live chat.
Despite asking for over 10minutes, he couldn't give me a straight answer.

I put something "look I've been on for 10 minutes, can you match the deal or can't you?".
To which he responded "stop being a t0sser".

I'll see if I still have the transcript...
