    I don't know, I spoke with an SEO expert and he said in search engine when you search for any keyword than the tags of that website influence alot in ranking. and I saw this also"intelligent-discussion.blogspot.com" there is some information regarding address tag.

    rather making it bold, add h2 tag to that text and add some styling to html code, where it just appear as bold text but in coding it will remain as h2 tag. As spiders give more imporatnce to h1, h2 tags.

    both are essential for website, but for indexing the website in google you have to submit the search engines like google, yahoo & bing. Search for add URL to google in google and submit your website to search engines.
