ethicalPR is completely right! I wanted to earn extra money before starting my own business andhave recently starting working for a very well known retailer and so far it working out just fine.
I do have experience in this field.
But I worked for a well established and well known firm of letting agents so if people did get a leaflet through their door it was from a name that everyone in that area knows.
I haven't started my "own letting agent" before so how would I know how to...
I am looking to start a Letting Agency. We won't have a physical shop, we will use the various property portals to advertise.
I would ideally like to aim at luxury apartments and houses that have a high rental potential.
My question is to do with marketing and actually launching the business...
I think it's a really great idea giving lots of entrepreneurs the chance to have a business. I'd check though with your local council etc re the planning.

It costs £15 / £20 (can't remember exact amount) to do it directly with companies house. Takes no more than 30 minutes and you can do it all on line!!!
I always used companies to register my business in the past but the last 2 ltd's I have done myself. Saves lots of money.
I agree. This is definitely the worst series ever broadcast.
I used to really enjoy Dragons Den but don't think I'll be watching further series.
I don't think though its anything to do with the new dragons, its down to the format and the way the show has been edited.
