Parcel Force take stupidity and bad service to a new levels

We are business customer with Parcel Force, so we have an account. We filed 3 claims with Parcel Force for lost property. On every single case they tried to find every single excuse not to pay. The most recent example is they want us to send them invoices they sent to us to show that we have paid for insurance through "them". Now common sense would have you think, since they are billing us, they could look on their own system. No, Parcel Force are special, they are specially stupid when it comes to that. Instead what we have to do is ask their billing department to send us those bills and for us to send the same bills back to them as evidence.

When did people because so stupid and brainless. Do you think I am being harsh. Short of swearing, this is stupidity on a whole new level. They are asking for the paperwork they send us. Do staff who work into Parcel Force brains outside as soon as they step through the doors.

Someone needs to create a league table of the stupidest things companies have done. I want to see where this rates.
