Hi, I am hoping someone can help.
When you register a limited company in the UK, you can either register it yourself directly with Companies House or pay a Company Registration Agent to do it for you. I have done both in the past but prefer the option is it is obviously considerably cheaper.

But I now need to register a company off shore probably in Belize. But the only option I can find is to pay a registration agent (who are based in the UK) to dit for you but they charge an absolute fortune.
Is it possible (like with a UK ltd company) to do it youself?

Any help would be be gratefully received.

Thank you

James

If you THINK it is expensive, you most likely should not be going offshore at this stage, this is a sensitive topic, so good luck getting info in public.

Off the shelf packages are less than 1k! and you would be a fool to choose this option without knowing what you are doing. You should be using a specialist advisor as this is not an area for unsophisticated start ups you should be paying for a legal advisor who can assist you if you want to do this properly.

If you do not have thousands to put down for set up, then there is NO WAY you should be doing this now
