    Thermal printers are the only cost effective way to print labels in qty. They arent cheap though. TEC make very good ones but they are really dear.

    Sounds like you are doing everything you should be. have you considered google adwords. If you select the right keywords it could be quite cost effective.

    From my experience they always have wriggle room in these instances. They probably should have pointed this out but I doubt you will get any joy from them. It will cost too much to pursue.
