Magento Hosting – Who do you use and why

Magento can use alot of resource and to run smoothly I would certainly reccomend a good hosting provider, we have had to help resolve alot of websites for clients on Magento who suffered from slow Magento websites that crash and timeout in the admin, especially if they have alot of products.

We host all our Magento websites on one of our Dedicated Servers, the best we have found is Uk Fast however they are not a cheap hosting provider but do have agreat support teams and a good network.

Be very careful with cheap hosting companies who sell very cheap hosting if your wanting to build a Magento site.

I've been recently advised that my Magento site could benefit from being hosted on a dedicated server. It's on a shared server at the moment with one other site.

I'd appreciate some guidance on when you should upgrade, e.g. in terms of bandwidth requirements etc. (excuse possible incorrect terminology, I'm not a technical person). It's a big cost increase and there is a cost to migrate it over, so would be good to have other views.

I have been using Cloudways since 2016, I migrated only 1 store and after experiencing for 6 months. I have moved all my stores to their managed Magento cloud platform, due to many free features, fast loading, 24/7 support, no technical requirements. I manage all my websites on their managed console.

DX3webs - improved everything for us and have been a delight to deal with - I could not recommend them more strongly

Plus our costs dropped

I have no idea if they are the best of the best of the best - but they tick all the boxes and that will do me
