    We've always been about providing the end user with excellent content, and not worrying about gaming links, or focusing on backlinks. I've made videos on this! I agree SEO is the result of a well planned and executed Marketing strategy.

    Best of luck from the US. I'd probably give them the option. In the States the two week notice is often more of a ceremonial respect than an action. Most companies don't want anyone to stay out their final weeks.
