Get some flyers printed that are clear, simple and to the point
Get some business cards printed
Target a business park and cold call them all. Then move onto the next group of businesses.
EVERY business is a potential customer, don't pick and choose the companies...

Ah ok! Do you do much with Solicitors? We have a number of solicitors as clients and I would say that their storage requirements are quite high....
We also have schools, universities etc which I think could have a requirement.

If you have agreed to whatever agreement you have with them verbally, then ask them for the recording. If they can't give you this then thy can't prove contract and off you pop!
