Hi all,

I run a small PAT testing company based in Sheffield.
I am looking to tender for contracts for medium sized companies in my area.
Can anyone help me out with the best way to contact the companies?

Thanks
Paul

If I was you I would:

Get some flyers printed that are clear, simple and to the point
Get some business cards printed
Target a business park and cold call them all. Then move onto the next group of businesses.
EVERY business is a potential customer, don't pick and choose the companies that "you like the look of" Knock on them all!!

Good Luck

Acquiring data and email marketing to those businesses could be a good method.

You can select data in the geographic regions you focus on and the business types that are preferable.

If you need any help, let me know.

    Hi, Thanks for the reply.
I have flyers printed as well as business cards.
A lot of flyers have been sent out in the post with very little response.
I'll try the cold calling techniwue next.
    Thanks again,

    Paul.

    Thanks Mike,

I got myself a copy of Sendblaster and targeted a lot of businesses this way.
I made the emails as spam filter friendly as I could but again, Response was very very poor.

    Paul.
