    example contracts we'd like made:
shareholders agreement. - AKA - ROI contract for investors who aren't given equity.
    NDA.
employment contract - we pay contractors, we don't employ.

just some examples, we'd want boilerplate contracts made that we can modify.

Please let me know prices etc, a bit urgent <3

Also if you think we need any other contracts that arent specified here let me know.

The people at https://www.devant.co.uk/ are great, but Not sure how quickly they can sort this out - Shareholders agreements can be complex and should not be rushed!

person to write legally binding contracts

All contracts are legally binding. Even unwritten ones.

What's important in written contracts is what's actually in the copy (and what's been left out).

It would be foolish to do this 'on the cheap' or to use templates or to do it in a hurry. Jeez!

Pay properly, get a professional corporate lawyer to do the job (and to advise you on where you can and can't make amendments to the copy they provide).

Which may well come back to bite you on the bum. Every contract modification should be checked over by a lawyer.

I know not what you are asking, but please take the advice from everyone above, do not try to do this on the cheap and by tweaking boilerplate yourself. This is evident from some of the use of language in your question, hence why everyone is urging you to spend wisely here.

shareholders agreement. - AKA - ROI contract for investors who aren't given equity.
This isn't a shareholder agreement if they aren't shareholders.

employment contract - we pay contractors, we don't employ.
This isn't an employment contract if they are not employed.

Don't do this. If I were an investor and saw you doing this I would do one of two things, and I'm being brutally honest here as an investor...
I would either walk away if I were in a charitable mood, or I would exploit your naivety to my advantage if I saw an opportunity to make some serious money by blindsiding you with the legals.

I use HCR for my legal work and I'd happily recommend them and put you in touch with someone if you are prepared to spend sensible money to invest in having the right legal contracts in place.

I would love to get some rough prices, I've contacted a few firms, but no quote yet, and its looking like it will be a timely process.

    LMAO? It's not funny.

Legal matters, contracts etc., are not simply pieces of paper you need to fill your filing cabinet. They seriously affect the life of your business.

If you're dismissive, indifferent, casual even with describing what legal documents you need, it doesn't bode well for building a successful business.

Get serious. Hire someone clued up. Pay well. Get these contracts done properly.

Also, get advice on them from the professional who drafted them (because you need to not just have the contracts but know what's in them and what you can and can't do under those specific contracts).

And as a hosting provider have you got reviewed and approved contracts for your customers, the hosting company, hardware and software support, SLA and everything else?

Even your T&Cs need proper legal checking.

This thread isn't related to our hosting company - although, for it, we don't offer an SLA as of now, however have set terms for uptime with our clients on a case-by-case basis with SUBSTANTIAL compensation.
