They should have told you why it was removed.

But blindly insulting them doesn't do you any favours
no reason given

I just created a topic and offered my knowledge in web development if anyone is interested.

but it looks like the moderator advertises his services in the forum's signature with a portfolio (as if the sites were created in 2001) and competition is unprofitable

I have had a look at your deleted post. You were offering your services, not answering any question. Self advertisement is banned on these forums. Please read the rules.

The post was removed because you were advertising your services. The forum is for those looking for help (as detailed in the rules). Apologies for not providing the reason.

so I was right who deleted
what are you doing in your signature? not advertising?
Upgrade your membership and you can promote your services in your signature, profile and marketplace. What you can’t do is promote yourself in a forum post. It’s all in the rules.

    Ask yourself this

Are you here to participate in a forum or just to promote your services?

If it's the former, would you actually enjoy being part of a forum that's an endless stream of untargeted 'buy my stuff' ads? (Personally I'd be off like a shot)

If it's the latter, there are far, far better ways of promoting yourself than spamming forums.

Try joining in. Demonstrate knowledge. Be generous with advice

"excellent" i.e. I need to pay/upgrade something right away hmmm
Why do you call it advertising right away, I offered services and maybe looking to find a partner here, for me it is not a problem to help someone with advice for free but because of such rules and such moderators with their baby's "projects" you push new users away from you and that is why most forums disappear and reddit grows

Reddit has exactly the same rules in most subreddits. Try advertising there for free and you'll be downvoted to oblivion.

As others have pointed out, there are far better routes to self-promotion. Publishing your own details in a forum such as this isn't one of them.

    Reddit helps and more friendly.
I will repeat - I'm sure, the main reason why my post was deleted is the personal envy of the moderator and his lack of competitiveness.
if it was just a violation - it would be one thing.

    Self-indulgent, entitled nonsense

The reason your post was deleted was because self-promotion isn't allowed in posts. Simple

You can promote yourself by paying for membership and adding a footer, or for free by adding value.

Or you can present yourself as a petulant child - which probably won't help.

It appears this site doesn't meet your needs, would you like me to delete your account for you?

For the avoidance of doubt, your post was a self-promotion post which is only allowed to be posted in the Marketplace threads - which is an area restricted for paid members to post in only.

if i am like a petulant child, then your position looks like you are a moderator's boyfriend
i will emphasize "like", without getting personal

As an aside, 99 is a double digit IQ and pretty much the UK average so quite happy with that.

Are you in the UK @digipoint?

I dare to disappoint you - judging by the envy and speed with which my post was deleted (they didn't even have time to indicate the reason) and judging by your works - you dilute the average of 99 with your 22

I hate to disappoint you, but my personal best deletion was within 1 minute. Yours was up for 12 minutes! We delete posts as soon as we see a breach of the forum rules.

You avoided answering the question. Are you actually in the UK?

If the UK average is 99 and there are almost 70million in the UK my 22 won’t dilute anything noticeable. But thanks for the observation.

The only digipoint that appears vaguely relevant is in Pakistan. Is that you?

Very weak answer - and you are weak in this too, practice. Why did you decide that I should answer you anything? You'd better get down to business and go edit your trusty "portfolio" in which not a single link works and the sites don't exist, and not once again confirm the status of Ambassador of a two-digit IP with jokes about nicknames and Pakistan.

Is this a compliment or an attempt to insult? Please clarify.

    I'd suggest it's an observation

It's the funniest thread we've had on here for ages.

If you're trying to be funny, you're doing well. If you're trying to be serious, less so.

Either way, I seldom come back to a thread this often - it's kept me entertained between calls.

Guys, I understand that it is convenient for you, hyenas in nature will attack in a crowd, but it is not a problem for me to answer.
I thought there was a friendly team here and wanted to offer my knowledge and find a partner, but apparently money/statuses are more important and some are allowed everything and some are not, I am for justice.

"Advertising" "advertising", "stop promote" - in my opinion advertising is what the whole forum is hung with google ads ( I think there is still a missing banner in the middle of the screen, at least 300px high and the entire width), and finding a partner with common interests is not advertising, but I'm "a child" and I'm not making shitty websites like in 2001, and not moderator, how should I know...

Any forum is like a community.
The idea is that we all help or have a general chat or moan.
If your post is just trying to sell to us, that is advertising and of no value to this site.

If you pay to advertise, you can have your link in your signature. That means every time you reply, you get a free mini advert. But that is different to making a post trying to generate business.

Think of it as a community, you get out what you put it. Taking no time or effort to engage with people here will see you get nothing. Putting time and effort in over a prolonged period will see you get return. not enough to justify your time here, but if your not on here to generate business then its a bonus.

In 10 years of being on here, I have picked up 5-6 customers. But I also get to come on here and have a moan, ask questions and help people. On the posts I answer about mortgages, I never once ask people to contact me. I give them an answer to help. They then have a choice, take what I have given them to help themselves or get in touch knowing I know how to do it so could probably save them a job.

    That is how forums work.

Are you annoyed that you can't advertise for free to a forum you just joined and put zero input into?
    so what is the advertising?
I am not engaged in dropshipping, I do not want banners on site, I do not sell goods, I offer my knowledge and skills to members in exchange for a few thousand pounds. Member gets a quality website, a project - brings his business idea to life. Who is hurt by this? The forum continues to grow regardless, everyone is happy. I do not consider this advertising, sorry.

It is a very friendly team. Everyone offers their knowledge and many have picked up new clients and customers.

But you began this thread aggressively and made a number of false accusations and you wonder why replies were made in the same manner.

There is nothing wrong with promoting yourself. But not in the way you did. Which is why the post was deleted. If someone posted and asked for a developer to help build a site then you would be quite entitled to offer your services.

Does he often deal with you?
Have you seen Facebook groups that allow advertising posts? They're ghost towns, people drop 'valuable' but obvious adverts and no one engages in them. That's what it would be like here. Just a mass of adverts. Or do you think that only you would do it? It's not that difficult to comprehend.

It's funny to hear this when the forum is 80% covered in intrusive Google adsense.
I don't see any ads in my post
    I help someone with a website/turnkey development - I get my earnings
Someone asks on the forum about a topic I understand - I answer for free
    What's the problem?
In general, you don't hear me, I think we can stop.
Better continue taking money for every click on the link here and hope that this forum won't disappear after a while.

Advice - Be more polite and hospitable.

otherwise you look like a bunch of boring people some of whom are stuck in the 2000s and have a complete monopoly on everything and everyone else is obliged to stick to your point of view and agree otherwise you are throwing a bone to a pack of hyenas who are just waiting for this
