Okay, thats a relief if that is the case.Yes, if you simply setup a trustpilot and gave everyone 5 star with just 1 or 2 reviews it wouldn't really represent correctly, you could go to the top of the list with 5 stars just by 1 review, so they average it out, you need to get more 5 star to get up to 5 star
How is 3.8 the average of 5 + 5?Yes, if you simply setup a trustpilot and gave everyone 5 star with just 1 or 2 reviews it wouldn't really represent correctly, you could go to the top of the list with 5 stars just by 1 review, so they average it out, you need to get more 5 star to get up to 5 star
Which again just shows how pointless using trust pilot is for many businesses.Okay, here is this interesting information I found on trust pilot site.
On every new business they add a hidden 7, 3.5 ratings.
How can using verified reviews through Trustpilot help improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of customer feedback for your business? We started using Trustpilot believing that it would be good for the business. We asked for reviews via our weekly newsletter and got lots of good reviews, but many from the same customers who placed several orders. Only the first one from them counts.
We then started using a system through our website to get verified reviews where the review requests are sent via Trustpilot and things improved straight a way. The two vexatious 1 star reviews we have cause so many problems in keeping our average low. Apart from that its all 5 stars with an average of 4.7.
New customers do check us out there and some have commented that they saw our reviews and decided to buy from us, so in a way it sort of works.
To put it simply and honestly customers dont know what we know They dont have the inclination to invest time into the TP business model. They just see reviews and if your business is wise enough you have added replies and interacted with the reviews then your business will look top notchHow can using verified reviews through Trustpilot help improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of customer feedback for your business?
Maybe for you but I don’t have any problem with Google searches.User behavior has changed a lot and in a similar way the feedback has suffered.
Similar to ad-words Users don't trust Google any more. Even the 1st SERP does not fetch 60% of the user's attention any more.
I have no idea. I do know that verified reviews are actually from real customers because of the way the system works, so maybe these carry more weight than a random review from anyone that writes a review. How can using verified reviews through Trustpilot help improve the accuracy and trustworthiness of customer feedback for your business?
I did not write about Google Searches except that user's behavior has changed.Maybe for you but I don’t have any problem with Google searches.
I’m now very confused. What user behavior has changed? Are you saying they don’t use Google anymore?I did not write about Google Searches except that user's behavior has changed.
Those changes in User behavior happen due to something.
