It depends which branch you go into. Sarah or Chad usually make them in my local Caffe Nero but Alice and Emma have also made them for me.

I’ve had them made in other branches by Joe, Ben, Kate and Hannah among others.

Caffe Nero have been zapping my head recently - made a training video and didn't notice their logo has the accent thingy the wrong way around, and I didn't notice, then had to revisit the video and change every single one around, then render it out again, and then do it again, and again till I found every one I had got wrong. That said, I now know the script off by heart and could probably do the manager's job pretty well.
