does anyone know the specsavers warranty ?

Hi I hope someone could help me, I need to know what the specsavers warranty (repair or replace) is,
I have a pair of designer glasses from specsavers cost a lot and the nose bride has broken again (I adjusted the nose bridge and after a bit it of wearing it started moving and them broke away), this happened once before on a matching frame on the same spot (nose bridge). now its happened again.
last time they messed me about a lot and refused to replace them even if they were only less then 2 weeks old but I managed to get a replacement with some help from a friend.
I think i will get messes about even more this time and they will ask me to buy new glasses so i want to know my options.

could i take them to specsavers and ask them to repair them if not get a replacement ?

the problem has been the same both times,

I know specsaver will try and get a way out because they tried it last time (your glasses cant be repaired and you will need to buy new frames) this was only 2 weeks after I got then, after a long 2 weeks of keep telling them they agreed but then I was told they no longer do the frame and no other branch has it in stock, in the end they managed to get one from another branch as they said.
I have 2 pairs of cheap glasses both about 2 years old and they have no problems,

Go into a Specsavers shop and ask them. Simple as that.

No one on here can make an informed opinion if they haven't seen them and even then, no one can say whether or not Specsavers will repair or replace them. It's up to them!
