This is seriously off topic so will probably be my last reply, but: Those 2 links that you provided above do not prove anything. A "Verified" account means that they've sent you ~16p to your bank and you entered the number, oh and you have a valid telephone number (which can be mobile). This means nothing.
The Norton link simply says that you've registered on their website and they "scanned" your site.
The main thing that concerns me is what follows:
- On web host review sites, YOU are the only one has written a review.
- In Norton's "User Reviews", YOU are the only one who has written a review.
- All of your advertising posts on other websites saying about your hosting packages were posted a few months ago
- On one website, you claim you was running since 2000, another 2001 and another 1991.
- You have no list of these so-called multinational clients who you've hosted for 11 years now (or is it 12/21?)
I'm sorry, but it definitely seems like 1 guy running all of this, you may give good service and a good product, but unless you say "MNCHost was registered in late 2011 and aims to give customers the best possible service at the best price. I am based in India and manage all of my servers privately to ensure they are not oversold etc" - You will not go very far.
Yes, it is. At least we have some form of verification that you are a real person to trust.
