how you secure your products' quality in supplier end?

Hi Friends,

This question just pop up into my mind that as a buyer or importer HOW YOU SECURE YOUR PRODUCTS" QUALITY IN SUPPLIER END?

this may included: sample review, factory assessment, process confirmation, during process inspection, pre-shipment inspection and container loading witness...etc.

Below option for choose:
1) Third party insepction firm, such as ITS, SGS, TUV,BV..etc.
2) independent local inspection agency firm in supplier end
3) doing it yourself when you visiting supplier
4) other, please specific..

just want to have a discussion on this, welcome to see any new ideal

Great topic you have chosen! It is true that if you are a supplier then it is very necessary for you to maintain your products quality. Product packaging is very important issue over here. If your products are packaged properly then there are chances that you can secure your products quality.

Agree that the quality is responsibility of your supplier. they have to 100% keep their commitment write down on the contract. and secure what they delivered. but mostly, the produced the product low than the level.

again, as a buyer how you secure what you received deserved what you paied? it's not only talking about the transporation but also the manufacturing process.

It is so right to hire a sourcing agent to be your eyes and ears in china, product quality is so important and sevice fee of sourcing agent is so tiny, it is definitely worth it.

Third party inspection is the best option. If there any quality or quantity dispute the results of the inspection can be brought for the arbitration or court.
